COVID-19 Updates, Lexus of Lehigh Valley


The novel Coronavirus, COVID19, epidemic has affected everyone in our community. We understand the severity and consequence of this pandemic and therefore have put lots of thought and consideration into opening up LoLV once more. We did not take this decision to partially re-open our dealership lightly. Our team, who we are delighted to welcome back to LoLV, have all been trained on the following safety measures to ensure our customer’s wellbeing:

  • All team members are wearing gloves and masks as well as maintaining a minimum distance of 6 feet.
  • We are only allowing one customer into the dealership at a time.
  • All our cars (Sales and Service vehicles) will be sanitized, with seat and steering wheel plastic linings being placed in each vehicle.

In addition to these new sanitary guidelines that we are practicing, our sales strategy has also been modified in the interest of your health and safety.

  • All sales made in person or from your home will require an appointment to be scheduled with our team either online, via our website, or by calling 610-530-6900.
  • As you could before – you can still purchase a vehicle entirely online.
  • We are currently offering return and delivery at the dealership by appointment only.

As well as re-opening our sales department we are also bringing back our vehicle servicing. The following updates are being implemented by our service team during this pandemic:

  • LoLV still offers our same great services, this time with staff taking extra precautions to sanitize and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from our customers.
  • Customers can make appointments with our service department via our website or by calling 610-530-6900.
  • All serviced vehicles that are delivered back to our customers will be thoroughly sanitized prior to arrival at your home.
