When you visit with your partner, you’ll both be able to gain a deeper understanding of America’s rich automotive heritage. One current exhibit to enjoy is Nicola Bulgari, A Lifetime of Devotion to the American Automobile, which showcases gorgeous classic cars. This exhibit will run until the middle of October 2019.
Pines Dinner Theatre
You’ll find Pines Dinner Theatre at 448 N. 17th St. This Allentown venue is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal while watching live theater. Food is made by a talented chef and culinary assistants, and nonalcoholic beverages are available. You may bring a bottle of wine along if you wish.
One current show to consider is “Clue the Musical,” which will run until Oct. 27, 2019. This PG-13 musical is based on the popular board game, Clue. When you and your partner attend this comedic musical, you’ll be able to try and solve a murder mystery together. Buy tickets online and then get ready to enjoy the show.
Allentown Farmers Market
This beloved farmers market has been open for business since 1955, and it’s situated at 1825 W. Chew St. The market’s mission is to promote health and wellness within the Allentown community by offering food of superb quality. If you and your partner love farm-to-table cuisine, you’ll find that this market offers exquisite ingredients that are delightfully fresh and local.
If you don’t feel like buying ingredients to prepare at home, don’t worry. There are many impressive restaurants onsite, including Dan’s Bar-B-Qued Chicken, Amish Village Kitchen, and Billy’s Pretzel Wrap & Fried Chicken. You and your partner will love strolling around this bustling market, which is open from nine in the morning until eight at night on Thursdays. On Fridays, the market is open from eight in the morning until eight in the evening. On Saturdays, the market opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m.
