Lexus GX in Allentown, PALexus has been making luxury cars since the 1980s. Here’s a look back at the best Lexus vehicles to ever roll off the assembly line.

Lexus GX

The Lexus GX has to make the list of best Lexus vehicles ever produced. It’s a luxury SUV that seats up to seven people and first made its debut in 2002. The first model was the GX 470, which was fitted with a 4.7-liter V-8 engine with 301 horsepower. This engine was originally used for Lexus’ larger LX SUV. This meant you got even more power in a smaller SUV.

The Lexus GX was produced with a five-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel-drive, which was fitted with a center-locking Torsen differential to help distribute the torque and give the vehicle more traction in rough terrain.

Lexus RX Hybrid

The Lexus RX Hybrid was first produced in 2007 and has continued to improve. It is still being produced by Lexus, with a 2018 model about to hit dealerships. It debuted as a midsized hatchback but has since morphed into a crossover vehicle with plenty of power.

The newest Lexus RX Hybrid comes with a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that has an eight-speed automatic transmission and 295 horsepower. It also has an innovative dual variable valve timing transmission, which makes the engine even more precise, reduces emissions, and enhances fuel efficiency.

Lexus RC F

The Lexus RC F began production in 2014 and since then has been one of the best Lexus vehicles of all time. It’s been designed with a sports car in mind while still ensuring it’s perfect for everyday road driving. It has a large and stylish front grille with aerodynamic lines to help it cut through the wind while you’re on the highway. This makes the vehicle faster and more fuel efficient.

The RC F has the most powerful engine in its class: a 5.0-liter V-8 engine, which gives you 467 horsepower. The interior of the car has been designed to imitate a race car cockpit. The high-back sports seats not only look great but also keep you securely in place as you round tight corners. The seats also sit lower so that you can easily reach the racing pedals.

Lexus LS 400

The Lexus LS 400 was the first generation of what we now know simply as the Lexus LS. It was designed to compete against all other large, luxury sedans that were on the market when the LS first came out in 1989.

When it rolled out, it was instantly praised by car critics as having wonderful handling and being exceptionally comfortable. The Lexus LS continues to receive this fantastic praise when compared to other luxury sedans in its class, and it all started with the 400.

Lexus has consistently produced amazing luxury vehicles. From the first days of the LS 400 to the current RC F and GX models, you can be certain that you’re getting quality when you drive away in a Lexus.
